Unused and unworn items in their original condition may be eligible for return or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.

Because many of our jewelry pieces are handcrafted or made in limited quantities, some items may not be eligible for replacement. However, we will always do our best to offer a repair, replacement, store credit, or suitable resolution whenever possible.

Many of our pieces feature handcrafted details, hand-set stones, kundan work, meenakari, pearls, or traditional finishing techniques.

Due to the handmade nature of these designs, slight variations in stone placement, color, texture, or finishing are natural and should not be considered defects. These small details make each piece unique and add to its charm and authenticity.
